ORIGIN OF DATA

Personal data is collected only in connection with the activity on the SMARTLOAD.PL website. Including in particular by registering a user account, adding an advertisement, asking a question, subscribing to search results, contacting the customer service office, etc.

TYPE OF PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA

For the performance of the contract, it is only necessary to provide an email address. Lack of consent to the processing of the e-mail address prevents the conclusion and implementation of the contract. In addition, the user may voluntarily provide other personal and address data.

Additionally, if the user agrees, the data is collected in cookie files and saved in the browser settings.

Pursuant to separate provisions of law, it may be necessary to process other data, e.g. for tax or accounting reasons.

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

Users' personal data are processed by the Administrator in order to perform the concluded contract, in particular:

Provision of services by electronic means.

User account registration.

Placing an advertisement.

Contact between the parties to the transaction.

Make payments related to the promotion of advertisements.

Issuing accounting documents.

Contact with SMARTLOAD.PL

Handling of requests.

Accepting suggestions.

Consideration of complaints.

Solving technical problems.

Activity monitoring, including e.g. keyword searches, posting offers and activity management.

Adjusting advertisements in accordance with previously viewed content, adjusting the category of offers or individual offers in the Administrator's settings or in the settings of external entities' services, based on the user's activity.

Conducting marketing activities, including direct marketing of the Administrator's own services or services or goods of third parties.

Contact for purposes related to permitted marketing activities, through available communication channels, in particular and with the consent of the user - by e-mail and / or telephone.

Personal data will also be processed for purposes resulting from separate legal provisions, including tax and accounting purposes.

Due to the legitimate interest of SMARTLOAD.PL, personal data is also processed for the purpose of:

Ensure the security of services.

Counteracting fraud, abuse and breaking the regulations.

Mediation and dispute resolution between users.

Statistical, service improvement and analysis.

Handling contact with the service department also in the event that they are not related to the performance of the contract.

Data archiving.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data will be processed only by SMARTLOAD.PL and selected partners for the implementation of the above-mentioned purposes.

The processing of personal data by the technology partners of SMARTLOAD.PL takes place on the basis of an agreement ensuring compliance of the processing conditions with the regulation on the protection of personal data.

Personal data may be transferred to public authorities authorized to obtain them also on the basis of separate regulations (eg Police, Prosecutor's Office, Customs and Tax Offices, etc.).

Personal data will be transferred outside the European Economic Area based on appropriate legal safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses for the protection of personal data approved by the European Commission in accordance with art. 26 sec. 4 of the Directive.

The User may, on his own responsibility, provide his personal data via the Platform to other Users, e.g. for the purpose of shipping.
